    • Another “Philemon Stacey” was born around 1742 in Massachusetts. This individual was the son of Samuel Stacey of Ipswich. However, sources [NSSotAR-1951a2] and [Holbrook-1743a] are in agreement on the birth/baptism location of our Philemon Stacy, and so the connection between Philemon Stacy and his father Nymphas Stacy is well supported. [2, 6]
