    Notes
    • The original marriage entry from [Nix-2000] reads, “Bartow County, Georgia, Book K, Page 86,” as if it is a source citation rather than a statement of the marriage location. Additional research is needed. [2]
    • From [Nix-2000]: “I was told many times by my "Granny" about the day she was married, she and my "Grand-daddy" were on the way to the Ministers house to be married. They were in a horse drawn buggy and met the Minister and his wife in their buggy. They were married there in the road and no one got out of their buggies. This was on a road close to Cassville and White, Georgia.” [2]
