  Due to her age at the time of the enumeration of the 1920 US Federal census, it would be reasonable to assume that Dorothy M Eldridge was the daughter of Frank L Eldridge and his first wife, Rachel F “Lettie” Eastman. That census record, however, lists Dorothy’s parents as both having been born in Massachusetts, indicating that Dorothy may have been a child from a previous marriage of Frank’s second wife, Marion G.
