  • Notes
    • Numerous sources including [US-SSS-1918d], [MaA-1871a], and [NEHGS-1872c] corroborate the birthdate and birth location of Ernest Arthur Tutein. In addition, there is likely a second birth entry in the Massachusetts state archive records under the name “E Arthur Tutein”. That record is in Volume 44, page 4. [4, 16, 17]
    • [US-1880-1a] has name as “Arthur E. Tutein”. [8]
    • Ernest Arthur Tutein routinely went by “E. Arthur Tutein,” throughout his adult life. [1]
    • Ernest Arthur Tutein and his family appear to be living on Beach Street in Revere, Massachusetts from 1900 through possibly 1908, but the house number is not recorded until the birth of Ernest Arthur’s son of the same name in 1904. [10, 18, 19]
