  • Notes
    • [Greifswald-1825a] states that Michael Fridrich Budahn was “...of Danneberg”. This is probably a reference to Dannenberg, a village on the island of Wollin at the edge of the Baltic Sea. The modern location is the Polish village of Domysłów, Wolin. [4]
    • Transcription notes provided by Ancestry.com state that Michael Friedrich Budahn’s birthdate and baptismal date were 1 September 1802 and 12 September 1812, respectively. However careful examination of source [Greifswald-1802a] does not seem to support this. [5]
