    • As Everett is still living in his parent’s house at the time of the 1900 US Federal Census, he evidently didn’t marry till sometime after the summer of 1900. [8]
    • That Everett Torrey Tutein died in Albany, Albany County, New York is a deduction based on his residence at the time of the enumeration of the 1930 US Federal Census (only 3 months earlier) and the listing of his two sons in the same city directory that lists his death date. [1, 9, 13]
