  [Fairbanks-1978] has birthdate in April of 1904. [2] SSDI has death in June 1969, but this disagrees with both [Chenoweth-2005] and [Fairbanks-1978]. [2, 3, 4] Apparently some students from the University of Missouri, Rolla were housed at the local hospital in 1930, as Lawrence William Frohock is listed as a “roomer” in that institution in source [US-1930-3c].
