Milton married Edith Tutein on 29 Jan 1912 in Arlington, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. 6. | William Franklin Tutein was born on 29 Jan 1862 in Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States (son of Constantine Dedriech Tutein and Louisa Sawyer); died on 1 Apr 1937 in Stoneham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States; was buried on 3 Apr 1937 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. Other Events and Attributes:
Notes: At the time the 1880 US Federal Census was recorded, William Franklin Tutein was still single. William married Harriet Cole Eastman on 30 Mar 1881 in Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States. Harriet (daughter of Warren Eastman and Rachel Young Cole) was born on 26 Jun 1861 in Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States; died on 31 Aug 1960 in Newport Center, Orleans County, Vermont, United States; was buried on 3 Sep 1960 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart] |
7. | Harriet Cole Eastman was born on 26 Jun 1861 in Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States (daughter of Warren Eastman and Rachel Young Cole); died on 31 Aug 1960 in Newport Center, Orleans County, Vermont, United States; was buried on 3 Sep 1960 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. Other Events and Attributes:
Notes: Harriet Cole Eastman’s birthdate and birth location are corroborated by many sources including [Tutein-1997c], [VtSAaRA-1960a], [OakGrove-1960], and [NEHGS-1861a]. Notes: [NEHGS-1881e] does not actually state that William Franklin Tutein and Harriet Cole Eastman were at Chelsea, Suffolk County, but since both were living in Chelsea at the time and the Justice of the Peace who officiated was also from Chelsea, it is a reasonable assumption.

12. | Constantine Dedriech Tutein was born on 17 Nov 1834 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States (son of Friedrich Johannes Tutein and Nancy Stacy); died on 15 Jan 1914 in Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States; was buried on 18 Jan 1914 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. Other Events and Attributes:
Notes: [Fairbanks-1949] incorrectly lists this person as “Frederick Tutein”. Constantine married Louisa Sawyer on 15 Nov 1856 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States. Louisa (daughter of Samuel Sawyer and Lydia Anders) was born on 18 Oct 1839 in Boothbay, Lincoln County, Maine, United States; died on 2 Dec 1921 in Revere, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States; was buried after 2 Dec 1921 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart] |
13. | Louisa Sawyer was born on 18 Oct 1839 in Boothbay, Lincoln County, Maine, United States (daughter of Samuel Sawyer and Lydia Anders); died on 2 Dec 1921 in Revere, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States; was buried after 2 Dec 1921 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. Other Events and Attributes:
Notes: Many Tutein family sources list the name of this individual as “M Louise Sawyer,” and [Fairbanks-1949] has Louisa’s first name as “Maud”. But no vital records discovered to date support that name. [MaA-1856a] has name listed as “Louisa Sawyer”. [Boston-1877a] and [MA-1855a] both have “Louisa D (Sawyer)”.

14. | Warren Eastman was born on 19 May 1821 in Parsonsfield, York County, Maine, United States (son of John Eastman and Betsey Day); died on 9 Jan 1908 in Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States; was buried on 11 Jan 1908 in Exeter Cemetery, Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. Other Events and Attributes:
Notes: [Exeter-1908a] and [Exeter-1908] both state that Warren Eastman was the son of John Eastman and Betsey Day of Parsonsfield, York County, Maine, but to date no records have been found to substantiate this. Moreover, LDS IGI has a complete listing of children of John Eastman, and no Warren is listed. It may be the case that Jeremiah Eastman (an elder son of John) and Warren Eastman, are the same man. Warren married Rachel Young Cole on 10 Jun 1849 in Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. Rachel (daughter of Nehemiah Cole and Sabra Doane Pierce) was born on 12 Jan 1832 in Wellfleet, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States; died on 23 Jan 1916 in Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States; was buried on 24 Jan 1916 in Exeter Cemetery, Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart] |
15. | Rachel Young Cole was born on 12 Jan 1832 in Wellfleet, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States (daughter of Nehemiah Cole and Sabra Doane Pierce); died on 23 Jan 1916 in Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States; was buried on 24 Jan 1916 in Exeter Cemetery, Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. Other Events and Attributes:
Notes: Two of Rachel Young Cole’s siblings, Harriet and Solomon were living in the Eastman home in Chelsea at the time of the enumeration of the 1860 US Federal census. Notes: “10 Mar 1849” and “Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts”, derived from [LDS-IGI-1982c], are probably references to the date and location of Warren and Rachel’s registration of their intention to marry... not their actual marriage.
